My name is Jesse Vaughn, President and Chief Executive Officer of New Century Security Services.
My background has been in the field of law enforcement at the State and Federal levels for over fifty years. My law enforcement training and experience enabled me to tap into every category of police and private security services in the community. New Century Security Service was founded with the intention of changing the image of the average security guard and Security Guard Company. We do this by providing you with security professionals who are intelligent, neatly suited, and well trained.

OUR PURPOSE is to make New Century Security Services one of the most respected, innovative, and versatile companies in the security industry. This is accomplished by detailing contracts to suit each client's needs and by providing the client with the right personnel for the job, i.e., hiring off-duty police officers to perform security duties in high crime areas; areas of homicides, drug dealing, and lawlessness. New Century Security Services believes the key to a successful organization lies within the abilities of supervisory personnel to direct, plan, motivate, and monitor all employees under their command. Therefore, at job sites where there are two or more officers assigned, one officer will be designated supervisor to ensure that all instructions are understood and met so that all State and local laws are adhered to.
